Wow, I cannot believe that it’s Easter already, it seems as though we’re still in Winter (after all, it was 29 degrees here in our area just this week). Winter is still holding on this year, old man Winter just is not ready for Easter yet this year. And I’m not ready yet either, I haven’t done any shoppingto help the Easter Bunny out.

For many, Easter Sunday is a time of religious gatherings, and even a time when you get your Easter bonnet out, dust it off, and wear it to church on Easter Sunday. But for others, it’s a combination of that: going to church on Easter Sunday after we have been hunting all morning for Easter Eggs and Easter cookies that the Easter bunny left for us in the middle of the night.

I remember many times when I was a little kid…hunting all over the house for the chocolate Easter eggs that were left by the Easter bunny, and then having to control myself the rest of the day, running around screaming and yelling because of a sugar/chocolate rush.

For our family, we usually order Easter cookies from Cookies By Design, in fact it’s going to be two gift baskets this year from Cookies by Design. And we will invite the Easter Bunny over, as well, to decorate the house and spread out Easter eggs all over the house so our two kids can hunt for Easter eggs on Easter Sunday.
