However, there are steps to take to treat a sore throat that can be sourced in the home that are natural and easy to use and leave you relieved in no time. Things you will need:

Honey

Garlic

Holy Basil

Onion

Epsom salt

Lemon juice

Apple cider vinegar

Cayenne

Chamomile blossom

Spice cinnamon

Salt

Instructions are as follows:

1. Take a leaf of holy basil and heat it up in some liquid. When the juice is drawn from the holy basil, take it out and gargle it. This remedy

2. Take four cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne. mix them together and then you eat a spoonful every, first chew it up and swallow to get rid of a sore throat.

3. Take an onion and chop it up and place it in a container with honey to soak. And cover the top for one hour. Then swallow a spoon of the honey every few hour(s) to alleviate the soar throat.

4. Use fenugreek to rinse the mouth as a way of treating a sore throat.

5. Take a pinch of cayenne pepper and mix it with a little apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey. When these are mixed, put some into one cup of heated water and stir them out. You can take up to four cups daily to relief a sore throat.

6. Use a piece of dried chamomile with a pint of boiling water to make some tea. Use this tea every few hours.

7. Place some powdered spice and heat it up with a pinch of pepper powder along with honey.

8. Boil some Epson salt and take it when need to help with getting ride of the sore throat.

9. Mix some salt with water and use this to gargle during the day to treat a sore throat.

* Drink as much fluid as possible to you can keep your body hydrated and build the immune system to relief a sore throat.

*If a sore throat last for more than a couple days, causes you to cough up blood or you experience severe pain it is suggested that you visit a doctor
